MKC have been trading for 15 years, during that time the company has largely grown via recommendation. Our commitment to service and on-going student support is, and always has been, paramount to our business model. We will always deal with student service problems in a sensitive and professional manner. MKC has a national network of 68 hand picked service /installation agents in England Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, who will call out and fix students problems if we cannot resolve the support issues via our Cambridge based telephone student support line. All systems supplied by MKC Computers are fully tested and configured at our Cambridge headquarters.

This work includes installing all the latest operating system and application software updates.

MKC Computers Ltd employ's it's own Assistive Software trainers and also works in close partnership with other specialist training companies to always ensure first class training solutions are always available.

Polite Notice to all Assessors. Please remember if you are preparing a quotation which involves us supplying software to be installed on a students Laptop/Desktop, which was not supplied by MKC, you must include a HEALTH CHECK. This is the first item listed under SOFTWARE....

We employ our own in-house assistive software trainers but also have close associations with other training companies such as Claro, IT Assist, Choice Technology & Training and Mobile Training Solutions (NI)

All systems supplied by MKC Computers are fully tested and configured at our Cambridge headquarters. This work includes installing all the latest operating system and application software updates, prior to the systems being installed by our nominated service agents. Where possible we will use the training company to do the initial installation and set up to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to the student.

MKC Computers works in close partnership with all it's specialist training companies to support to DSA students. We always ensure that all DSA training requirements are fully satisfied.

We currently have 10 members of staff, all of whom are highly skilled in their own fields.
