MKC has a national network of 68 hand picked service /installation agents in England Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, who will call out and fix students problems if we cannot resolve the support issues via our Cambridge based telephone student support line. All systems supplied by MKC Computers are fully tested and configured at our Cambridge headquarters. This work includes installing all the latest operating system and application software updates. MKC Computers Ltd employ's it's own Assistive Software trainers and also works in close partnership with other specialist training companies to always ensure first class training solutions are always available. Where possible we will use the training company to do the initial installation and set up to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to the student. MKC Computers works in close partnership with all it's specialist training companies to support to DSA students. We always ensure that all DSA training requirements are fully satisfied.
