MKC Equipment Insurance Policy
MKC Computers Ltd. have made every endeavor to ensure that we can offer value for money, comprehensive insurance policy's to meet the demanding students requirements. Unlike some companies our insurance policy's provide cover for most of the supplied hardware, not just the main computer or Laptop. We also cover the equipment on a Worldwide basis so students are free to travel without having to worry about theft or accidental damage to DSA supplied equipment.
What items are covered?
PC , Laptop, Apple MAC (Fixed or Portable),PDA's, Monitors Printer, Scanner, Portable Dictation Machine
What items are NOT covered?
Software plus all other hardware / ergonomic devices not listed above.
If I leave my course early can I cash in the balance of my Insurance Policy?
No
If I sell my equipment. Is the person I am selling to covered by the Insurance Policy?
No

MKC Equipment Warranty Policy
MKC Computers Ltd. have made every endeavor to ensure that we can offer value for money, comprehensive warranty policy's to meet the demanding students requirements.
Please note MKC Warranty is only valid for equipment that is located within the UK. If equipment is taken outside the UK we will still offer telephone support but in the event of it becoming necessary for the equipment to be returned to our Cambridge Student Support Centre, the student must cover and arrange all courier costs involved. MKC Computers will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the couriers in this instance.

What items are NOT covered?
Software plus all consumables e.g manuals, documentation, data, batteries of all types including laptop batteries.
