STUDENT SUPPORT

Our friendly and experienced support team is on hand to help you whatever the reason and we pride ourselves in offering an informative solution to all of our students.

Unfortunately from time to time computer equipment goes wrong and we understand the need for a fast and accurate response to ensure that your study time is not affected too much. Through our experiences we know that although a computer isn't performing as well as it needs to be it may not actually be faulty. At MKC Computers we aim to provide information and help to prevent the most common reported problems. By using in-depth guides where possible and remote support sessions we hope to be able to help you so that issues that can sometimes appear to be faults can be easily rectified so that your studies can continue. Our support staff are always happy to help you identify what went wrong and guide you so that further interruptions can be avoided in the future.

However, sometimes computers do need to be repaired. This can either be through a fault that has developed where the hardware has malfunctioned, or more commonly the software on your system is not responding the way it should. If this is the case we can still help and contacting us for support is easy. You can telephone 0345 257 0100 to speak directly to one of our trained, friendly support technicians who can guide you through your technical problems or email your support enquiry to dsasupport@mkccomputers.co.uk and we will call you the same day.
